The BIOMEDICAM Laboratory has IT resources at its disposal to securely and traceably manage the publication of medical examination results and their invoicing.

These IT tools are used by authorized personnel and are contracted on a confidential basis.

The recorded medical information is reserved for the use of the BIOMEDICAM Laboratory and may only be communicated to the following recipients: sampling laboratory and prescribing doctor.

The information necessary for invoicing purposes shall be provided only to patients and, in the case of third party procedures paying to their social security institutions and, where applicable, to their supplementary health insurance institutions.

In accordance with articles 39 and following of the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified in 2004 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any person may obtain communication and, if necessary, rectification or deletion of information concerning him/her, by contacting the customer relations department of the BIOMEDICAM laboratory either by telephone at 237 677 50 82 20 or 237 699 00 32 07, or by e-mail info@biomedicam.com, or by post.
